How To Take Care Car Radiator

If the engine gets hot drastically, it's time you check the condition of the car radiator water. Therefore, the reduced water in the radiator can be caused by evaporation and leakage.

Evaporation is a common thing to happen. However, if the radiator water temperature decreases rapidly and increased sharply in a short time, the possibility of a leak in the radiator of your car. As a result, the engine hard to turn. Therefore, care needs to be considered radiator.Radiator is a component that serves as the engine temperature control. In it, there is water in the radiator (water coolong system), which served to cool the engine. To prevent corrosion, water radiators need to be replaced periodically.

Leakage occurs when water in the radiator system sucked into the fuel or lubrication system masuuk into. You can check the condition of the oil first. If the color of oil changes, such as milk, water mark has been entered into the lubrication system. If the color does not change the oil, the possibility of water sucked into the combustion chamber.

Keep in mind, do not fill the water in the radiator and open the radiator cap when it is hot.High pressure and hot water from the pipes can be sprayed onto the radiator. The skin may blister if exposed to splashes of water in the radiator. Instead, fill the water in the radiator when the engine is cold.

It is better to fill the radiator with water pure water H2O. H2O pure water can be found in automotive repair shops and stores at affordable prices. The characteristics of pure water is a blue lid with a statement "can be used for water radiator".

Alternatively use the radiator coolant. radiator coolant serves as a lubricant, slow down the corrosion, and increases the boiling point of water. If using a coolant for the radiator, you should not change the brand change to avoid chemical reactions between brands.

You can also use a mixture of pure water and radiator water coolant to fill the radiator. Thus, your radiator will remain durable, not easily leak and not easy to heat.

Good luck!
